International Voice Process Executive

Role Overview Tech Mahindra is actively hiring International Voice Process Executives for its Hyderabad (Hitech City) operations. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for experienced BPO professionals with a strong command of English and a background in international voice-based customer support. Key Responsibilities Engage with international customers over voice calls, delivering high-quality and professional service at every interaction. Address and resolve customer concerns related to products and services within defined turnaround times. Accurately log and update all customer interactions using CRM tools, ensuring data integrity and service continuity. Work cross-functionally with internal departments to handle escalated or complex customer issues. Consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) set by the management. Required Qualifications Candidates must possess at least one year of hands-on experience in an international voice process within a BPO or call centre environment. Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential. Applicants must be available to work rotational night shifts from the office in Hitech City. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred. A graduation degree is not mandatory for this role. Candidates with AR calling or healthcare process backgrounds will not be considered for this position.
