Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking an International Voice Process Executive to handle inbound customer queries and provide exceptional customer support to international clients. This role involves resolving customer issues, building lasting relationships, and meeting service targets while maintaining high-quality communication standards. Key Responsibilities - Resolve international customer queries through inbound voice calls with professionalism and efficiency - Identify and assess customer needs to ensure complete satisfaction and resolution - Build sustainable relationships and establish trust with customer accounts through clear and interactive communication - Meet personal and team sales targets while maintaining call handling quotas - Handle customer complaints professionally, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within stipulated timeframes, and follow up to ensure complete resolution - Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies strictly - Provide accurate and valid information using appropriate tools and systems Required Qualifications - Proven customer support experience or previous experience as a Client Service Representative - Strong phone handling skills with excellent active listening abilities - Familiarity with CRM systems and standard CRM practices - Customer-oriented mindset with ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English - Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively - Minimum 1-4 years of relevant experience in customer service or voice process roles Why Join Us Tech Mahindra offers a competitive compensation package with salary up to 4.90 LPA, lucrative performance incentives, and loyalty bonuses.
