International Voice Process Executive

Role Overview This is a full-time position for an International Voice Process Executive at Tech Mahindra. You will handle inbound calls from international customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their queries related to products and services. The role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to work in a night shift rotational schedule from our Hitech City office in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound international customer calls and provide high-quality customer service - Resolve customer queries related to products and services in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM software - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and contribute to process improvements - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the organization Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of proven experience in international voice process or technical support - Excellent communication skills in English with clear pronunciation - Comfortable working in night shift rotational schedules - Immediate availability to join the organization - Graduation is not mandatory for this position Why Join Us Tech Mahindra offers competitive compensation of 3.8 to 4.7 LPA with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth in the BPO industry.
