International Voice Process Executive

Role Overview This is a customer support associate position focused on handling international voice process operations. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients, resolving queries efficiently, and maintaining high service quality standards. The role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to work in night shift rotations from our Hitech City office. Key Responsibilities - Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional service and support - Resolve customer queries related to products and services in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM software - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements - Meet performance targets and quality metrics set by the organization Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process or international call center operations - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written - Comfortable working night shift rotational schedules - Immediate joiners preferred - Graduation not required Why Join Us Tech Mahindra offers a competitive salary package with performance-based incentives and loyalty bonuses.
