International Mobility Senior Specialist

Role Overview Bull, a century-old European technology innovator and part of the Atos group, is seeking an International Mobility Senior Specialist to oversee end-to-end global mobility operations supporting international assignments across Bull SAS worldwide. This is a strategic and hands-on role that blends policy design with operational execution, ensuring full compliance and an exceptional employee experience. You will serve as the subject matter expert on all global mobility matters, working across HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendor networks. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete lifecycle of international assignments including transfers, international hires, and localisation while maintaining accurate data in mobility systems - Develop, implement, and maintain global mobility policies in alignment with internal guidelines and evolving local regulations across multiple jurisdictions - Coordinate with external vendors including immigration, relocation, tax, and legal service providers to ensure seamless service delivery and cost optimisation - Serve as the primary point of contact for internationally assigned employees and their families, offering guidance on relocation, immigration processes, and assignment benefits - Monitor regulatory changes in immigration and tax laws and update compliance tracking and internal systems accordingly - Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and Legal teams to deliver a coordinated global mobility function - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with international mobility cases and escalate complex issues when required Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in international or global mobility - Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end international assignment processes - Familiarity with mobility tools and platforms such as SharePoint - Prior experience working with immigration, relocation, and tax vendors - Strong knowledge of global immigration laws, tax implications, and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to handle multiple complex relocation cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - French language proficiency at a minimum B1 level, with B2 preferred Why Join Us Bull offers a dynamic, internationally connected work environment where your expertise directly contributes to the future of high-performance computing, AI, and quantum technologies.
