Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking an International Customer Support Executive to join our growing team at Tech Mahindra. You will provide exceptional customer support to international clients through voice-based communication, working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment from our Hyderabad office. This is an immediate opportunity for experienced professionals who are ready to make an impact in a fast-paced BPO environment. Key Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer support to international clients through inbound voice calls - Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction - Adhere to quality standards and process guidelines while managing multiple customer interactions - Work flexibly across rotational shifts including night and graveyard shifts as per business requirements - Contribute to team goals and maintain performance metrics in a dynamic work environment Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of proven experience in international inbound voice process - Excellent English communication skills with clarity and professionalism - Comfort working in 24/7 rotational shifts including night and graveyard schedules - Education level of 10+2 or above - Ready to join immediately or with maximum 15 days notice period Why Join Us Tech Mahindra offers a competitive salary package with additional incentive opportunities to earn beyond the offered CTC. Requirements

- Minimum 1 year international inbound voice process experience - Excellent English communication skills - Comfort with 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts - Ready for immediate joining - No AR callers background - No healthcare experience - Domestic experience not acceptable - 10+2 or above qualification
