Job Description

Role Overview Tech Mahindra is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join its International Customer Service team at the Commerzone IT Park, Yerwada, Pune. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in a voice and blended process environment catering to UK and US clients. Freshers as well as experienced candidates with a background in international voice processes are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients across UK and US processes - Deliver prompt, professional, and high-quality service to resolve customer queries and concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow defined escalation procedures - Achieve individual performance targets including quality scores and customer satisfaction metrics - Work effectively across rotational shifts as per business requirements Required Qualifications - Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English - Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process (for experienced candidates) - Undergraduates with relevant customer service experience are eligible to apply - Willingness and availability to work in rotational shifts - Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude Why Join Us Tech Mahindra offers a competitive salary structure with process-specific pay bands, performance incentives, and two-way cab transport, making it an excellent opportunity to grow your career in international customer service with one of India's leading IT and BPO organisations.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) - Minimum 6 months experience in international voice process (for experienced applicants) - Freshers with good communication skills are also eligible - Undergraduates with relevant experience can apply - Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts - Immediate joiners preferred

- UK Voice process: up to 4.5 LPA (based on previous CTC) - US Voice process: up to 5.2 LPA (based on previous CTC) plus 50,000 joining bonus - Freshers package: 2.9 LPA - Two-way cab transportation provided within specified boundaries - Performance-based incentives - Immediate joining opportunity
