International Chat Support - Telecom

Role Overview Prodapt Solutions is hiring International Chat Support professionals to join their Telecom process team in Chennai. This is a full-time, permanent role where you will be handling customer queries, resolving issues, and supporting upselling efforts through chat-based interactions. The position requires strong English communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities - Engage with international telecom customers via chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate product and service information - Identify upselling opportunities during customer interactions and effectively communicate the value of upgraded telecom packages to meet sales targets - Follow established company procedures and accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience - Participate in daily meetings and training sessions to stay updated on processes and enhance overall performance - Work towards achieving individual and team metrics including NPS scores and sales targets Required Qualifications - Graduate in any stream with a full 15-year educational background following the 10+2+3 format - Minimum 1 to 2 years of prior experience in chat support or sales; telecom billing experience is preferred - Excellent written English communication skills with strong persuasion and sales aptitude - Proficiency in CRM software and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work night shifts and from the office five days a week Why Join Us Prodapt Solutions offers a supportive work environment with two-way cab facility and shift allowance for night shift employees. - Graduate in any stream (10+2+3 format mandatory) - 1 to 2 years of experience in chat support or sales - Excellent written English communication skills - Strong persuasion and sales aptitude - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM tools - Typing speed of 35 to 40 WPM preferred - Telecom billing experience is an added advantage - Willing to work night shifts - Must be available to work from office 5 days a week
