International Chat Support - Telecom

Role Overview Prodapt Solutions is hiring for an International Chat Support role in the Telecom domain. You will be the primary point of contact for international customers, resolving queries and delivering excellent service through chat. This is a full-time, permanent position based out of the Thoraipakkam office in Chennai, working night shifts. Key Responsibilities - Engage with international customers via chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about telecom services and products - Identify and leverage upselling opportunities during customer interactions by communicating the benefits of upgraded packages or services to meet sales targets - Follow established company procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance, and accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience - Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and skill sets - Meet individual and team KPIs including Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets and sales benchmarks Required Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline with a full 15-year educational background following the 10+2+3 format - Minimum 1 to 2 years of prior experience in chat support or a sales-oriented role - Excellent written English communication skills with strong persuasion and sales aptitude - Proficiency in CRM tools with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in Telecom Billing is preferred - Must be willing to work night shifts from the office five days a week Why Join Us Prodapt Solutions offers a structured growth environment backed by a strong leadership team and a collaborative culture. - Graduate in any stream (10+2+3 educational format mandatory) - 1 to 2 years of experience in chat support or sales - Excellent written English communication skills - Strong persuasion, sales aptitude, and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in CRM software and related tools - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment - Telecom Billing experience preferred - Willing to work night shifts, five days a week from the office - Typing speed of 35 to 40 WPM required
