Job Description

Role Overview Tech Mahindra is seeking dedicated International Chat Support Executives to handle customer queries via chat for global clients. This is a non-voice customer support role where you will be the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner. The role offers the opportunity to work with international clients while maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities - Handle international customer queries and requests via chat platform professionally and courteously - Provide accurate information and technical support to resolve customer issues within defined service level agreements - Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by following all process guidelines and protocols - Document all customer interactions in the system and update relevant fields with detailed information Required Qualifications - Graduate or undergraduate qualification in any discipline - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Good typing speed with accuracy - Ability to work on night shifts and US timings Why Join Us Tech Mahindra offers comprehensive benefits including both-side cab facility for your convenience.
