International Chat Process Executive

Role Overview Tech Mahindra is seeking Customer Success Associates to handle international chat operations and provide exceptional support to global customers. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries through chat channels, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high satisfaction levels while adhering to service level agreements.
