Role Overview
GoodFlip, a product by TatvaCare, is a fast-growing healthtech startup that empowers individuals to manage and achieve remission from metabolic conditions such as Diabetes, Fatty Liver, PCOS, and Obesity through doctor-led care programs, remote monitoring devices, and personalised coaching. We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Inside Sales Specialist to join our Bangalore team and help prospective customers take meaningful steps toward better health.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads who have shown interest in our condition management programs and educate them on how GoodFlip can address their health concerns
- Act as a trusted health advisor by conducting empathetic and informative consultations that guide prospects toward confident health decisions
- Drive enrolments by guiding potential customers through the sign-up process, addressing their queries, and converting interest into active memberships
- Consistently follow up with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining ethical selling practices and high customer satisfaction standards
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey from first contact to program enrolment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or consultative selling roles
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or insurance sales is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared or similar tools
- Genuine passion for healthcare and improving people's lives
- Strong empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level
- Background in nutrition or lifestyle coaching is an added advantage

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of inside sales or consultative selling experience
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Experience with CRM tools such as LeadSquared
