Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Role Overview You will serve as an Infrastructure Tech Support Practitioner providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems. This role involves designing and implementing monitoring solutions using Datadog, managing infrastructure health, and ensuring optimal application performance through comprehensive observability solutions. Key Responsibilities - Deploy and configure Datadog monitoring in distributed environments with integration to ITOM and ITSM platforms - Design, develop, and optimize dashboards in Datadog for real-time visibility into infrastructure and application performance - Setup and manage metric, anomaly, composite, and custom monitors to support infrastructure, application, and business services - Configure Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Real User Monitoring (RUM) in Datadog environments - Perform L1 and L2 level troubleshooting for infrastructure and observability related issues - Configure and manage SLA/SLO definitions across monitoring platforms - Provide hardware and software support and implement technology at operating system level across server and network areas Required Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Datadog monitoring implementation and administration - Strong expertise in Datadog product including infrastructure monitoring, APM, metric collection, ingestion, and dashboard creation - Proficiency in Python development and scripting - Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 15 years full-time education - Strong knowledge of Application Performance Management (APM) architecture Why Join Us Accenture offers opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies and solutions for global clients.
