Influencer Marketing Analyst

Role Overview Epsilon, a global leader in data, technology and marketing services, is looking for an Influencer Marketing Analyst to join the CJ Affiliate team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the publisher development team to support influencer campaign management, growth initiatives, and performance reporting. You will play a key part in connecting global brands and publishers to deliver scalable, sustainable results. Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly to influencer queries and manage ongoing communications - Engage with high-value clients and maintain strong working relationships - Develop client-facing and internal reports by compiling and interpreting social and campaign performance data - Contribute to strategy presentations and post-campaign analysis for influencer, content and brand campaigns - Support end-to-end influencer campaign processes including sourcing, onboarding and casting - Build trend, vertical and competitive analysis reports using third-party tools, social listening platforms and campaign management tools - Assist in the management of paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok by defining KPIs and tracking performance against benchmarks - Conduct publisher audits and competitor analysis, and support publisher enrolment into advertiser programs Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in any discipline - 3 to 5 years of experience in digital media or client services roles - Hands-on experience working with influencers, content creators or paid social campaigns - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail - Good experience working on Impact platform is a plus - Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Open-minded and respectful approach to diverse opinions and perspectives Why Join Us Epsilon has over 20 years of experience as one of the most trusted names in affiliate and performance marketing, processing more than 400 billion consumer actions every day using advanced AI. - 3 to 5 years of experience in digital media or client services - Experience working with influencers or content creators - Paid social campaign execution experience on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently under tight deadlines - Experience on Impact platform is an added advantage - Graduate degree in any discipline
