Role Overview
GoKhana is looking for a driven Inbound Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will handle inbound sales inquiries from multiple marketing channels, engage with potential clients to understand their dining needs, and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities. You will help corporate organizations simplify cafeteria and meal program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales leads generated through the company website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Engage with prospects to understand their corporate cafeteria needs, present value propositions, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead statuses, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales outreach with ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators set by the leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, lead management, and customer relationship building.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel for tracking sales pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion abilities.
