Role Overview | Accenture is looking for a motivated fresher or early-career professional to join its Healthcare Claims Operations team as a Health Admin Services New Associate. You will work within a structured BPO environment that supports leading health insurance payers across global markets, gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end claims management workflows. Key Responsibilities | As part of the payer claims processing team, you will be responsible for registering incoming health insurance claims accurately in the system and performing initial editing and verification to ensure data integrity. You will participate in claims evaluation and examination processes, following established guidelines and standard operating procedures. Your role involves supporting the adjudication and payment processing cycle for health claims while collaborating closely with team members and reporting to your direct supervisor. All tasks will be performed under detailed instructions, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage of the claims lifecycle. Required Qualifications | Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline. Freshers and those with up to one year of experience in healthcare operations or BPO environments are welcome to apply. Familiarity with claims processing concepts, health insurance terminology, or non-voice customer service operations is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow written instructions precisely, and comfort working in rotational shift schedules are essential attributes for success in this role. Requirements

Any graduate degree (UG or PG) from a recognised university Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in BPO or healthcare operations Basic understanding of health claims processing or insurance operations preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within defined process guidelines Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling Comfortable working in rotational shift schedules including night shifts Good written communication skills suitable for non-voice processing Team-oriented attitude with willingness to work under close supervision Familiarity with digital tools and computer-based operations is a plus
