Guest Service Associate

Role Overview IHCL is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Associate to enhance our Food and Beverage service at The Claridges, New Delhi. In this role, you will deliver high-quality hospitality, assist with dining setups, and maintain cleanliness in our F&B areas. Key Responsibilities - Greet guests upon arrival, present menus, and manage order placements accurately. - Serve food and beverages in compliance with quality and hygiene standards. - Set up dining tables, organize banquet areas, and maintain general cleanliness. - Respond to guest queries and coordinate with kitchen staff to resolve feedback. - Perform billing transactions and handle cash and card payments responsibly. - Support other F&B operations and guest service activities as required. Required Qualifications - Fresher with a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related fields. - Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rotational shift requirements. - Team player with a highly responsible and positive attitude.
