Guest Service Associate

Role Overview IHCL is hiring a Guest Service Associate for the Food and Beverage team at Ginger Coimbatore on Avinashi Road. In this role, you will play a key part in providing outstanding service, managing table bookings, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Assist guests with food and beverage selections and process orders accurately. - Serve food and beverages in compliance with quality and hygiene standards. - Set up dining tables, organize banquet areas, and maintain general cleanliness. - Respond to guest queries and coordinate with kitchen staff to resolve feedback. - Perform billing transactions and handle cash and card payments responsibly. - Support other F&B operations and guest service activities as required. Required Qualifications - Fresher with a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related fields. - Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rotational shift requirements. - Team player with a highly responsible and positive attitude.
