Role Overview IHCL is seeking a passionate Guest Service Associate to join the Food and Beverage team at The Claridges, New Delhi. Key Responsibilities - Welcome and seat dining guests, taking orders and presenting menus professionally. - Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety guidelines. - Help maintain inventory, manage cutlery setups, and clean tables after meals. - Handle guest complaints and coordinate with the head waiter to resolve queries. - Process dining bills, manage payments, and handle POS systems. - Cooperate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and timely service. Required Qualifications - Fresher with a high school diploma or hospitality certification. - Good verbal communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented personality. - Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic teamwork, accountability, and active learning capabilities.
