Key Responsibilities - Welcome guests warmly, present F&B options, and record dining orders accurately. - Serve food and beverages while maintaining strict health, safety, and hygiene standards. - Assist with table settings, banquet arrangements, and cleaning dining areas. - Handle basic guest inquiries and resolve issues with the help of supervisors. - Manage POS terminals, process dining bills, and handle cash and card payments. - Partner with kitchen teams to maintain quick and efficient order delivery.
