Job Description

Role Overview This is a high-impact senior leadership role sitting at the intersection of talent advisory and strategic HR, offering the opportunity to partner with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams of high-growth and mid-sized businesses. You will define and execute talent strategies built for scale while simultaneously running a best-in-class internal talent acquisition and people strategy capability. The position serves both advisory and execution functions across multiple client mandates in fast-paced, ambitious business environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end CXO and senior leadership hiring mandates covering role definition, sourcing, assessment, and onboarding - Act as a strategic advisor on organisational design, leadership structuring, and succession planning for scaling businesses - Build and manage a robust pipeline of leadership talent across key sectors and functional areas - Develop compensation frameworks, leadership benchmarks, and people practices tailored to high-growth organisations - Establish and scale an internal talent acquisition capability to support multiple concurrent hiring mandates - Set up HR processes, performance frameworks, and people systems for both internal and client-facing environments - Support onboarding and integration of senior leaders to maximise effectiveness and retention - Partner with leadership teams on culture building, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategy - Build and manage relationships with executive search firms and external talent partners Required Qualifications - 15 or more years of experience across HR leadership, talent strategy, or executive search - Proven track record in CXO-level hiring within startups, high-growth, or mid-sized organisations - Strong exposure to building and scaling teams in growth-stage environments - Experience building or scaling talent acquisition functions or HR systems from the ground up - Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to founders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities - High adaptability with comfort working across multiple mandates simultaneously Why Join Us This role offers a unique platform to build a differentiated talent function across multiple high-growth business environments with broad exposure across industries and business models. Requirements

- 15 or more years in HR leadership, talent strategy, or executive search - Proven CXO hiring experience in startups or high-growth organisations - Experience building talent acquisition or HR functions from scratch - Strong organisational design and succession planning knowledge - Ability to advise and influence founders and C-suite stakeholders - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills - Comfort operating across multiple mandates in fast-paced environments - Expertise in compensation frameworks and leadership benchmarking
