Key Responsibilities - Greet guests upon arrival, manage check-in and check-out processes, and assign rooms. - Handle guest inquiries, provide local information, and resolve front desk issues promptly. - Manage reservations, incoming calls, and process billing transactions accurately. - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness. - Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure adherence to safety and security policies. - Collect guest feedback and escalate complex issues to front office managers. Required Qualifications - Fresh graduate with a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. - Professional appearance with strong customer service and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with front desk management systems.
