Role Overview Apollo Health and Lifestyle (AHLL), one of India's largest healthcare networks, is hiring an experienced Franchise Development Manager to lead franchise growth and new partner acquisition for its Clinics Business. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will work closely with the Head of Franchise to identify, evaluate, and onboard the right franchise partners across the country. You will be the driving force behind expanding AHLL's franchise network while ensuring operational standards are upheld across all locations. Key Responsibilities - Generate and develop new franchise leads across targeted geographies for the AHLL Clinics Business - Convert franchise inquiries into successful sales by managing the end-to-end franchise sales cycle - Source, shortlist, and recommend qualified franchisee prospects for development agreements - Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners to add long-term value - Develop and execute franchise base enhancement strategies aligned with the overall growth plan - Prepare detailed Business Plan Proposals and Franchise Development Plans for prospective candidates - Negotiate and close franchise agreements including Franchise Disclosure contract terms - Support new franchise partners through the centre setup process in line with the operations manual - Continuously review and improve marketing approaches to strengthen lead generation and conversion - Meet and exceed monthly and annual franchise sales targets with full accountability Required Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university - 8 to 12 years of experience specifically in franchise development or franchisee acquisition - Proven track record of closing franchise deals and meeting sales targets in a B2C environment - Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills - Prior experience in the healthcare, medical services, or related industry is preferred - Ability to develop strategic plans and proposals independently Why Join Us Apollo Health and Lifestyle (AHLL) is backed by the trusted Apollo Hospitals brand and offers you the opportunity to shape the growth of one of India's most recognised healthcare franchise networks. Requirements

- 8 to 12 years of experience in franchise development or franchisee acquisition - Proven ability to generate and convert franchise leads into closed deals - Strong skills in contract negotiation and franchise disclosure documentation - Experience managing end-to-end franchise sales processes - Ability to build and nurture long-term partnerships with franchise stakeholders - Competence in developing franchise strategies and business plan proposals - Background in medical services, healthcare, or allied industries preferred - Any graduate qualification from a recognised institution
