You will serve as the face of Billroth Hospitals in the field, building meaningful relationships with medical professionals, corporate clients, and local communities to drive patient footfall and expand our referral network. Key Responsibilities As a Field Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for conducting regular visits to clinics, general practitioners, and healthcare professionals in the local area to cultivate and strengthen long-term referral partnerships. You will plan and execute community health camps, corporate wellness check-ups, and public awareness initiatives aimed at boosting the hospital's visibility and generating new patient leads. Your role will involve promoting Billroth Hospitals' specialised medical services and health packages to schools, residential communities, and corporate organisations. You will actively pursue and close corporate tie-ups, insurance panel agreements, and third-party referral arrangements to broaden the hospital's patient acquisition channels. Managing the sales pipeline will be a core function — tracking inquiries, nurturing leads through to confirmed appointments, and ensuring timely follow-ups on all referrals. You will also gather and report market intelligence on competitor activity, local healthcare trends, and pricing dynamics to support strategic decision-making. Maintaining accurate, up-to-date daily records of all field activities, visits, and campaign outcomes will be essential to this role. Required Qualifications A graduate degree in any discipline is required. Prior experience in healthcare field sales, direct marketing, or physician outreach is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel within the city.
