Role Overview
Spynzo is a tech-driven laundry and dry-cleaning platform that connects urban customers with reliable professional laundry partners through a seamless mobile app. We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive (Internship) to drive on-ground awareness and customer acquisition across residential communities in Bengaluru. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field sales and marketing within a fast-growing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential societies, apartment complexes, and community locations to conduct promotional and marketing activities
- Distribute marketing materials and generate awareness about current offers and services
- Engage directly with residents to explain Spynzo's services and value proposition
- Generate leads, collect customer information, and follow up with interested prospects to support conversions
- Assist in organising and executing on-ground marketing campaigns and events
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs and lead reports
- Represent the company professionally across all customer interactions
- Participate in early morning, evening, and weekend promotional drives as per campaign requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school or graduate degree in any discipline; background in business or marketing preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand user needs and present relevant solutions
- Basic digital skills including use of mobile apps, CRM tools, and spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and achieve targets
- Comfortable with local travel across Bengaluru; familiarity with local areas and regional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in on-ground sales, FMCG, logistics, or app-based services is an added advantage
