Job Description

Role Overview Neuraleap Group is seeking a sharp, proactive, and highly organised Executive Assistant to work directly with its Founding Team at their South Ex-2, New Delhi office. This is a high-impact role where you will serve as the operational backbone of the founding team, managing competing priorities and enabling founders to focus on strategic decisions. Occasional virtual support outside office hours may be required based on business needs. Key Responsibilities - Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, calls, and travel with precision on behalf of the founding team - Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper, screening communications and prioritising requests - Prepare briefing notes, meeting agendas, pre-read decks, and action trackers for founders - Draft and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the founding team - Coordinate cross-functional tasks across internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders - Track open action items and follow up diligently to ensure timely closure - Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel logistics including ticket bookings and itineraries - Maintain a structured digital filing system for sensitive documents and contracts - Monitor and manage founder inboxes, flagging priorities in real time - Liaise professionally with investors, clients, partners, and internal teams - Collate reports and updates from various departments for the founders' review - Handle highly sensitive business, financial, and personal information with absolute discretion Required Qualifications - 3 to 7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff role - Prior experience supporting CXO-level or founder-level executives directly, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage - Strong command of tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and calendar management platforms - Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously without compromising attention to detail - Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs before they are stated - Comfortable working with ambiguity and capable of pivoting quickly as priorities evolve - Demonstrated trustworthiness and sound judgement when handling confidential information Why Join Us This role offers a front-row seat to company building alongside the founding team, with direct mentorship, competitive compensation, and a dynamic culture that rewards ownership and initiative. Requirements

- 3 to 7 years of EA, PA, or Chief of Staff experience in a startup or fast-paced environment - Experience supporting CXO or founder-level executives directly - Exceptional written and verbal communication in English; Hindi is a plus - Strong command of Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and calendar tools - Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks without losing attention to detail - Proactive, self-driven, and solutions-oriented approach to work - Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to adapt as priorities shift - Absolute trustworthiness and discretion in handling confidential information - Experience in travel management including domestic and international bookings - Proficiency in drafting professional correspondence and preparing briefing documents
