ERP System Analyst

Role Overview Altraize is looking for a skilled ERP System Analyst to join its Chennai team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with deep expertise in ERP systems, iSeries platforms, and enterprise application development. The analyst will play a key role in maintaining, developing, and supporting critical business applications across APAC and other assigned regions. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the technical owner for assigned applications and systems including iSeries and Anton platforms - Create and maintain user requests in compliance with audit rules, approval workflows, and traceability standards - Manage test system refreshments for BUSAK1 (APAC) and other assigned environments - Follow development standards using dedicated develop, test, and live system environments - Implement, maintain, and monitor assigned systems ensuring they remain current with vendor-recommended releases and versions - Collaborate with business teams and business analysts to evaluate requests, investigate issues, and prepare actionable proposals - Develop approved solutions, enhancements, and changes to address incidents and business requests - Conduct both functional and technical testing to validate implemented solutions - Drive multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting defined timelines Required Qualifications - Degree-level education in a relevant discipline - Minimum 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in technical analysis and application development - Strong developer skills across RPG, Control Language, Query, SQL, and Java - In-depth working knowledge of ERP systems and related tools - Solid understanding of industrial and commercial business processes covering Sales, Distribution, and Finance - Good grasp of IT support processes and practices - Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills - Self-motivated and well-organised with the ability to manage personal workload independently - Experience in international or complex corporate application environments is an advantage Why Join Us Altraize offers a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment where you will work on complex enterprise systems with cross-functional teams across international markets.
