ERP System Analyst

Role Overview Altraize is looking for a skilled ERP System Analyst to join its IT team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in ERP platforms, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex corporate environment. This is a full-time associate-level role suited for professionals with 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in technical analysis and development. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical ownership and management of assigned applications and systems including iSeries and Anton - Create and maintain user requests in compliance with audit rules, approval workflows, and traceability standards - Perform test system refreshes for BUSAK1 (APAC) and other assigned applications as required - Implement, maintain, develop, and monitor assigned systems and applications keeping them updated to vendor-recommended releases and versions - Follow development standards using the designated develop, test, and live system environments - Collaborate with business teams and business analysts to evaluate requests and issues and prepare actionable proposals - Develop approved solutions, enhancements, and change implementations to address incidents and service requests - Conduct both functional and technical testing for all developed solutions Required Qualifications - Degree-level education in a relevant discipline - Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in technical analysis and ERP development - Proficiency in developer skills including RPG, Control Language, Query, SQL, and Java - In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and associated tools - Strong understanding of industrial and commercial business processes covering Sales, Distribution, and Finance - Solid grasp of support processes and service delivery - Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to multitask across parallel projects - Experience in improvement projects within complex international corporate application environments is an advantage - Self-motivated and self-organised with the ability to manage personal workload and meet deadlines Why Join Us Altraize offers a collaborative and technically challenging environment where you can work on globally relevant ERP systems and grow your expertise.
