Enterprise Technology Architect

Role Overview Accenture seeks a Senior Technology Architect to lead large-scale Digital Engineering Transformation programs connecting Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations through comprehensive Digital Thread solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on expertise in PLM platforms with modern integration, data, and platform engineering capabilities. You will define end-to-end reference architectures, govern implementation at enterprise scale, and drive domain-led transformation across industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial, Consumer Packaged Goods, Medical Technology, and Energy sectors. Key Responsibilities - Define Digital Thread strategy and reference architecture spanning PLM, ALM, ERP, MES/MOM, OT/IIoT with complete data models, process orchestration, configuration management, and traceability - Architect and design enterprise-scale PLM solutions using platforms like Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, and Aras integrated with ERP, MES/MOM, ALM, QMS systems and data platforms - Lead design of microservices and event-driven integration patterns including API-first architectures, Kafka messaging, and OT data pipelines aligned with ISA-95/ISA-88 standards - Act as chief architect across multi-year global programs managing non-functional requirements, ensuring architectural conformance, conducting solution assurance reviews, and mentoring solution and enterprise architects Required Qualifications - Minimum 20 years of progressive information technology experience with deep hands-on expertise in at least two major PLM platforms - Proven experience designing and implementing Digital Thread architectures across PLM, ALM, ERP, MES/MOM, SCM, QMS, and IIoT systems - Strong expertise in BOM/BOP variant management, configuration management, ECR/ECN processes, CAD/PDM, and requirements traceability - Demonstrated leadership running global multi-vendor multi-year programs with executive communication skills and ability to translate architecture into business value Why Join Us Join Accenture to shape the future of digital engineering transformation across major global organizations.
