Education Counsellor

Role Overview YES Germany is a leading study abroad consultancy helping students pursue higher education in Germany. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Education Counsellor to join our Anna Nagar, Chennai office and guide students through every step of their study abroad journey, from course selection to visa guidance and university applications. Key Responsibilities - Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and their families to discuss study opportunities in Germany - Help students identify the right courses, universities, and cities based on their academic background, interests, and long-term career goals - Assist students with university application procedures, document preparation, and timely submission - Maintain consistent follow-up communication with students throughout the application process to provide updates and reassurance - Serve as a point of contact between students and educational institutions to address queries and resolve concerns - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, application statuses, and outcomes Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Minimum 2 years of experience in educational counseling or student advisory roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to join on an immediate basis preferred Why Join Us YES Germany offers a meaningful career where you directly shape the futures of students aspiring to study in Germany.
