Director, Automation & Technology Adoption

Role Overview MetLife is seeking a Director of Automation and Technology Adoption to join our leadership team in Noida. In this strategic role, you will drive technology-led transformation for our Insurance Operations, bridging business units and global technology teams. Our mission is to shape a confident future for our customers through process optimization and emerging technology. Key Responsibilities - Define and lead the multi-year technology transformation strategy and roadmap for Insurance Operations - Assess current-state operations across people, process, technology, and data to identify modernizations - Drive process simplification using Lean, Six Sigma, and design thinking before automating workflows - Deliver measurable improvements in customer experience and overall operational efficiency - Champion the adoption of artificial intelligence and emerging tools across insurance workflows - Manage stakeholder communications, build solid business cases, and govern complex projects - Foster change management and support teams in adopting new systems and digital processes Required Qualifications - Broad experience leading operations, technology adoption, or process transformation programs - Hands-on familiarity with Power Apps, AI, automation tools, and agile methodologies - Strong understanding of data analytics and building financial business cases - Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentation skills - Certification in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant AI applications Why Join Us At MetLife, we believe in prioritizing impact, enterprise collaboration, and moving with speed.
