Role Overview
RAAPID, a healthcare technology company specialising in AI-powered risk adjustment solutions, is looking for a driven and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to own and grow its digital lead-generation engine. Backed by Microsoft's M12, UPMC Enterprises, and Healthworx, this is a rare opportunity to lead high-impact digital marketing at a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company at the intersection of AI and healthcare. The role is currently remote but will transition to a full-time office setup in Ahmedabad or Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute RAAPID's end-to-end SEO strategy covering technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content, and topic clusters to drive qualified organic traffic in healthcare and risk adjustment verticals
- Lead Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) initiatives to secure featured snippets, People Also Ask placements, and citations in AI-driven search platforms like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and content-driven PPC campaigns including gated assets, lead magnets, and high-intent keyword targeting with a focus on cost-per-lead and pipeline contribution
- Own LinkedIn Ads strategy including sponsored content, document ads, and lead-gen forms aligned to ABM target accounts and decision-maker personas such as CFO, CMO, CIO, and Risk Adjustment Directors
- Build and manage a multi-channel content distribution engine across email, organic and paid social, syndication, and retargeting to maximise content reach and ROI
- Run RAAPID's in-house content studio to produce conversion-optimised assets including blogs, landing pages, lead magnets, infographics, and short-form video, maintaining a production calendar tied to demand goals
- Own and report on digital funnel metrics including traffic, MQLs, cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, while continuously running A/B tests and channel mix experiments
Required Qualifications
- 6 or more years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing and demand generation at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company with direct ownership of lead or pipeline targets
- Deep expertise in SEO along with emerging AEO and GEO practices for AI-powered search optimisation
- Proven track record managing LinkedIn Ads and paid social campaigns for B2B lead generation
- Strong understanding of content-driven demand generation, conversion rate optimisation, and marketing analytics tools including GA4, Google Search Console, and paid ad platforms
- Experience managing content production workflows and multi-channel distribution strategies
- Proficiency in SEO and GEO tooling such as Ahrefs or SEMrush, schema markup, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, landing page builders, and marketing automation or CRM tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
- MBA or PGDM in Marketing preferred

Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS digital or performance marketing with pipeline ownership
- Hands-on SEO expertise including technical, on-page, and content strategies
- Proven experience with AEO and GEO for AI-driven search platforms

- Experience running LinkedIn Ads and paid social for B2B lead generation
- Knowledge of content-driven demand generation and conversion rate optimisation

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
- Knowledge of ABM platforms such as 6sense is a plus
- Healthcare, risk adjustment, or value-based care domain experience preferred
- MBA or PGDM in Marketing preferred
