Content Lead - Healthcare AI and Risk Adjustment

Role Overview RAAP ID is a healthcare technology company specializing in AI-powered risk adjustment solutions, backed by leading investors including Microsoft's M12 Venture Fund, UPMC Enterprises, and Healthworx. We are seeking an experienced Content Lead with 6 or more years of hands-on knowledge in US Risk Adjustment, Value-Based Care, and healthcare content strategy to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role where you will shape RAAPID's market authority, craft executive-level narratives, and drive organic growth positioning the company as a category leader in AI-driven healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities - Develop thought leadership content including whitepapers, executive point-of-view pieces, industry reports, and research-backed articles covering CMS updates, HCC coding, RADV audits, and Value-Based Care trends - Build differentiated brand narratives around RAAPID's neuro-symbolic AI platform and its impact on intelligent risk adjustment and healthcare operations - Translate complex clinical, operational, and AI concepts into clear and compelling storytelling targeted at C-suite executives, health plans, providers, and industry stakeholders - Conduct market, competitor, and analyst research to identify emerging themes, content whitespace, and strategic positioning opportunities - Drive SEO-focused organic growth through authority-building content strategies across digital channels, webinars, and events - Own website messaging, landing pages, newsletters, LinkedIn thought leadership, and executive communications - Support PR activities, media submissions, awards applications, speaking engagements, and category-building narratives - Create and manage case studies, GTM collateral, product messaging, and tradeshow campaign assets Required Qualifications - 6 to 8 years of experience in US Healthcare, Risk Adjustment, or healthcare SaaS content strategy - Deep understanding of CMS guidelines, HCC coding, RAF scoring, RADV audits, and Value-Based Care workflows - Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex clinical and technical topics for business audiences - Strong research and analytical capabilities with experience creating B2B healthcare content for executive audiences - Familiarity with SEO principles and organic growth strategies - Background in Medical Coding, Clinical Documentation, Healthcare Analytics, or AI-based healthcare platforms is preferred - Exposure to PR, analyst relations, media content, or executive communications is an added advantage - MBA or PGDM in Marketing is preferred Why Join Us RAAP ID is a Modern Healthcare 2025 Best in Business Healthcare IT honoree, KLAS Emerging Company Spotlight recipient, HITRUST certified, and a certified Great Place to Work, offering a collaborative culture, competitive compensation with performance incentives, comprehensive health insurance, and the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership at a mission-driven, high-growth AI company.
