Digital CRM Consultant

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Digital CRM Consultant to join our Management Consulting team. This role focuses on designing and implementing enterprise-level CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms. You will leverage your extensive expertise in Power Platform technologies to deliver transformational business solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement customized CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Insights, and Sales modules - Develop Power Apps and Power Pages applications with advanced data flow and automation capabilities - Create and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes - Develop C# plugins and ASP.NET customizations for Microsoft Dynamics environments - Build dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization and analytics - Manage Salesforce implementations including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Apex development Required Qualifications - 15 to 20 years of professional experience in CRM consulting and implementation - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization and configuration - Hands-on experience with Power Platform suite including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI - Strong programming skills in C# and ASP.NET for plugin development - Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations - PeopleSoft functional CRM knowledge - Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in any discipline Why Join Us Hexaware Technologies offers opportunities to work on cutting-edge enterprise solutions with leading global clients.
