Digital CRM Consultant

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Digital CRM Consultant to provide functional expertise and L2/L3 production support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will manage critical business processes including Order to Cash and Record to Report functions while ensuring system stability and continuous improvement through strategic release management. Key Responsibilities - Provide functional ownership and L2/L3 production support for Dynamics 365 F&O across Order to Cash and Record to Report processes - Manage core financial operations including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, Payments, Bank and Cash Management, and Reconciliation - Execute configuration changes and minor enhancements including workflows, parameters, approvals, posting profiles, reason codes, and product catalog management - Lead Microsoft D365 F&O release management activities including evaluation of One Version updates, hotfixes, and new features with strategic recommendations Required Qualifications - Minimum 10 to 15 years of professional experience in relevant domains - Any graduate or postgraduate qualification - Advanced expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O functional areas and production support - Strong knowledge of Order to Cash, Record to Report, and financial operations processes Why Join Us Hexaware Technologies offers opportunities to work with enterprise clients on complex digital transformation initiatives.
