Digital CRM Consultant

Role Overview This is a Digital CRM Consultant position focused on functional support and management of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations systems. You will take ownership of critical financial and operational processes while managing L2 and L3 production support with a strong emphasis on business continuity and system optimization. Key Responsibilities - Provide functional ownership for Order to Cash and Record to Report processes including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, Payments, and Cash Management - Manage L2 and L3 production support, implement configuration changes, and develop minor enhancements such as workflows, parameters, approvals, and posting profiles - Handle reconciliation processes, product and price management, product fulfillment including drop shipping and returns, tax management, period close activities, and consolidation tasks - Evaluate and manage Microsoft D365 F&O release management including One Version updates, hotfixes, and new feature assessments with recommendations to Business and IT Architecture teams Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Postgraduate qualification is preferred - 10 to 15 years of professional experience in relevant domain Why Join Us Hexaware Technologies offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge enterprise solutions in a consulting environment.
