Cyber Security Operations Center Lead

Role Overview Intellect Design Arena Ltd is looking for a seasoned Cyber Security Operations Center Lead to head and manage its CSOC function. This is a senior technical leadership role requiring 10 or more years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, including deep expertise in SIEM platforms, endpoint detection, threat management, and cloud security across Azure and AWS environments. The ideal candidate brings both engineering-level technical depth and the leadership acumen to drive a high-performing 24x7 security operations team. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage day-to-day CSOC operations to maintain continuous 24x7 threat monitoring and incident response capabilities - Develop, refine, and maintain SOC operational playbooks, processes, and response procedures - Oversee security event monitoring, alert triage, threat hunting, and end-to-end incident investigation workflows - Lead incident response activities covering containment, eradication, recovery, and root cause analysis - Manage, configure, and optimize SIEM, SOAR, EDR and XDR platforms and related security technologies - Collaborate with IT, cloud, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to align security operations with organizational goals - Drive implementation and tuning of security use cases, correlation rules, detection dashboards, and threat intelligence feeds - Conduct regular threat assessments, vulnerability reviews, and risk mitigation exercises - Ensure adherence to organizational security policies, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards - Prepare and present SOC performance reports, security metrics, and executive-level dashboards to senior leadership Required Qualifications - 10 or more years of overall cybersecurity experience with at least 3 years in a SOC manager or lead role - Hands-on implementation and engineering experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk Enterprise Security, IBM QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, or ArcSight - Practical experience with SOAR platforms, automation workflows, and EDR or XDR tools - Strong working knowledge of cloud security operations on Azure and AWS - Proficiency in log analysis, threat intelligence integration, and network security monitoring - Deep understanding of the cyber kill chain, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and contemporary attack vectors Why Join Us Intellect Design Arena is a globally recognized fintech product company where you will have the opportunity to shape enterprise-grade cyber defense strategies at scale.
