Role Overview
Definitive Healthcare, through its division Analytical Wizards, is looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative to join its Customer Value Delivery team in Bengaluru. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences and wish to grow within a globally recognised organisation that balances innovation with a people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers experiencing login difficulties by guiding them through the process and resolving issues efficiently
- Handle password reset requests securely while ensuring continued account accessibility and protection
- Support customers with general account management including updating information and resolving account-related concerns
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software-related technical issues and escalate complex cases to relevant teams
- Respond to client queries through email, chat, and ticketing systems in a professional and empathetic manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system
- Stay updated on the latest product features and services to provide informed support
- Work collaboratively with the broader Support, Customer Experience, and Product teams
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience, preferably in a customer support or client-facing role
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Patient and empathetic approach when handling customer inquiries
- Basic technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software tools
- Familiarity with Zendesk is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of the US healthcare system is a plus
