Job Description

Role Overview Tech Mahindra is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their customer services team in Noida. In this role, you will be the frontline representative handling inbound live chat interactions, resolving customer queries, and creating a positive experience at every touchpoint. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your communication skills and problem-solving ability will directly impact customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer queries via live chat, covering billing, rate plans, service activations, credits, adjustments, troubleshooting, and complaints - Identify and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities while assisting customers through the live chat channel - Take complete ownership of each customer issue and ensure accurate, first-contact resolution wherever possible - Actively listen to customers, assess their concerns, and communicate solutions in a calm, clear, and personalised manner - Adhere to work schedules, compliance guidelines, and maintain warm, professional relationships with customers and team members - Contribute to business profitability through proactive sales initiatives and consistent delivery against efficiency and commercial targets Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised university - Prior experience in live chat processes, customer services, or the telecoms industry is mandatory - Demonstrated experience with upselling or proactive sales on live chat is mandatory - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong chat etiquette - Basic computer proficiency with working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word and Excel - Strong problem-solving, objection-handling, and active listening skills Why Join Us Tech Mahindra offers an open and growth-oriented culture where high performers are given opportunities to develop key skills and expand their contribution beyond core customer support. Requirements

- Prior experience in live chat, customer service, or telecoms industry (mandatory) - Experience with upselling or proactive sales via live chat (mandatory) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong chat etiquette and international chat process exposure preferred - Basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office - Any graduate degree - Ability to work in a team and manage customer relationships effectively
