Job Description

Role Overview Tech Mahindra is actively hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for its international inbound voice process at its Hitech City, Hyderabad office. This is a full-time permanent opportunity suited for candidates with a strong command of English and prior experience in international voice processes. Immediate joiners and candidates with up to 15 days notice period are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls for international processes with professionalism and clarity - Provide timely and accurate customer support and technical assistance over voice - Work across rotational shifts including night and graveyard shifts in a 24/7 environment - Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and meet operational performance targets - Follow company protocols and escalate issues as required during call interactions Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in an international inbound voice process is mandatory - Excellent verbal communication skills in English are essential - Candidates must be comfortable working rotational shifts including nights and weekends - Freshers, domestic BPO candidates, AR callers, and healthcare process candidates will not be considered - Educational qualification: 10+2, Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate - Must be an immediate joiner or available within 15 days Why Join Us Tech Mahindra offers a competitive salary with a 20K loyalty bonus, performance-based incentives, and a two-way cab facility to make your commute hassle-free. Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in international inbound voice process - Excellent English communication skills (spoken) - Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts including night and graveyard shifts - Immediate joiner or maximum 15 days notice period - Undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate education - No freshers, no domestic BPO experience, no AR callers, no healthcare process background
