Job Description
Role Overview
Tech Mahindra is seeking experienced Customer Support Executives to handle international inbound voice calls in a 24/7 operational environment. This role requires excellent English communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service across multiple time zones. You will be part of a dynamic team providing technical and customer support to international clients with opportunities to earn additional incentives beyond the base salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice calls from international customers with professionalism and clarity
- Resolve customer queries and technical issues efficiently within stipulated timeframes
- Maintain detailed call notes and follow up on unresolved customer issues
- Adhere to quality standards and performance metrics in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Contribute to team targets and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international inbound voice process
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Comfortable working 24/7 rotational shifts including night and graveyard shifts
- Education qualification of 10+2 or higher

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year international inbound voice process experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts
- No AR callers or healthcare experience
- Not suitable for freshers
- Domestic-only experience candidates should not apply
- Ready to join immediately or with maximum 15 days notice period
- 10+2 or higher education qualification
