Job Description

Role Overview Tech Mahindra is seeking experienced Customer Support Executives to handle international inbound voice calls in a 24/7 operational environment. This role requires excellent English communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service across multiple time zones. You will be part of a dynamic team providing technical and customer support to international clients with opportunities to earn additional incentives beyond the base salary. Requirements

- Minimum 1 year international inbound voice process experience - Excellent English communication skills - Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts - No AR callers or healthcare experience - Not suitable for freshers - Domestic-only experience candidates should not apply - Ready to join immediately or with maximum 15 days notice period - 10+2 or higher education qualification
