Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions across international markets including the US, UK, and Australia. This role requires handling both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining exceptional service standards and compliance requirements. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer queries and conduct outbound calls for sales, follow-ups, and surveys while adhering to compliance standards
- Diagnose and resolve customer complaints efficiently, troubleshooting technical issues where necessary
- Provide accurate and detailed information about company products, services, policies, and account details
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up requests in the CRM system
- Identify complex or unresolved issues and escalate them appropriately to senior management or relevant departments
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English with neutral accent suitable for international markets
- Strong cultural adaptability and ability to work across different time zones
- Basic proficiency with CRM software, ticketing tools, and database navigation
- Problem-solving abilities with strong de-escalation skills for handling difficult customers
