Customer Support Associate Voice Process Hindi and English

Role Overview This is an urgent hiring opportunity for Customer Support Associates to handle voice-based customer queries in a 24x7 rotational shift environment. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues through inbound voice calls while maintaining excellent communication standards in both English and Hindi. The position offers 100% work from home flexibility with a contractual role until 31st October.
