Role Overview Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Support Associates for a 100 percent work from home position handling voice process in Hindi and English. This is a contractual role offering the opportunity to resolve customer queries through inbound and outbound voice calls while working from the comfort of your home. The position operates on rotational shifts to provide 24/7 customer support coverage.
