Role Overview Tech Mahindra is actively hiring Customer Support Associates (L2) for its Domestic Voice Process at the Rajarhat, Kolkata facility. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with 20 open positions, offering a fixed salary structure and immediate joining. The role is 100% work-from-office and requires candidates to handle inbound customer interactions via voice calls for a leading domestic client in a 24/7 operational environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally over voice calls, ensuring swift and accurate resolution. Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and adhere to defined quality benchmarks. Work across rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment, completing 9 hours of productive work per 10-hour shift with a 1-hour break. Collaborate with team leads and quality coaches to continuously improve first-call resolution rates and client satisfaction scores. Required Qualifications Minimum Higher Secondary (Class 12) pass; graduation is not mandatory. Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi with minimal Mother Tongue Influence (MTI). Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 90% accuracy. Customer-centric approach and willingness to work 5 days a week with rotational weekly offs. Candidates must not have attended any Flipkart-related interview in the past 3 months and should have no planned leave for the first 3 months post-joining.
