Job Description

Role Overview Tech Mahindra is seeking Customer Support Associates for our Noida facility to provide exceptional customer service through voice and non-voice channels in a domestic BPO environment. This is a full-time permanent position ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who demonstrate strong communication abilities and basic computer proficiency. Join a dynamic team where you will handle customer interactions and contribute to delivering quality support services.
