Job Description

Role Overview Allstate Insurance is seeking a customer-centric Customer Service Associate III / Analyst II to join our operations in Pune. You will support policyholders by resolving inquiries, explaining claims processes, and offering compassionate support. Join our collaborative team to grow your customer service skills and make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound calls from policyholders and key business stakeholders. - Assist customers with inquiries and provide clear information on the claims process. - Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently and professionally. - Prepare and manage necessary documentation, reports, and customer notes. - Support the claims business by identifying issues and proposing process solutions. - Suggest process improvement ideas to enhance customer satisfaction. - Maintain high-quality service levels and build customer relationships. - Coordinate with team members and administrators on service delivery. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience in customer experience management, inbound calls, or voice support. - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities. - Intermediate knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint. Requirements

- 1-4 years of experience in voice customer support or call centers. - Prior experience in claims processes or insurance domain (preferred). - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Familiarity with US culture and customer service standards. - Strong relationship-building and empathy skills. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
