Customer Service Analyst - Spanish Language (Procure to Pay)

Role Overview Accenture Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Analyst with expert-level Spanish language proficiency to support end-to-end Procure to Pay operations at its Gurugram delivery centre. This is an excellent opportunity for finance and accounts payable professionals who are fluent in Spanish and English and have hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle. You will be part of a dynamic global team, supporting international clients across procurement and vendor management functions. Key Responsibilities - Handle complete Procure to Pay cycle including processing of PO and non-PO vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines - Perform vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors in Spanish and English - Ensure adherence to company policies, process guidelines, and compliance standards throughout all AP activities - Support payment processing and respond to vendor or internal queries in a timely and professional manner - Maintain precise documentation, reports, and records using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle - Collaborate with peers and report updates to supervisors while managing individual work deliverables within the team structure Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent qualification - 3 to 5 years of experience in Procure to Pay, accounts payable, or related finance operations - Expert-level proficiency in Spanish language (spoken and written) along with strong English communication skills - Practical experience working on ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle - Ability to analyse and resolve lower-complexity operational problems with moderate supervision - Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required by the business Why Join Us Accenture is one of the world's leading professional services companies, empowering over 784,000 professionals across 120 countries with cutting-edge capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
