Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions to resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Manage escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers by providing appropriate and timely resolutions
- Ensure all faults and complaints are closed within agreed SLA parameters
- Coordinate seamlessly across multiple customer touchpoints including online, mobile, and in-store channels
- Follow established guidelines and escalate complex issues to supervisors when required
- Contribute as an individual team member while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work approach
Required Qualifications
- Any graduation degree from a recognised institution
- 1 to 3 years of prior experience in a customer service or voice support role
- Strong ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn quickly
- Availability to work in rotational shifts as required by the business
