Community Management Specialist - India

Role Overview Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, is seeking a dynamic Community Management Specialist to build and nurture a thriving crypto community across India. You will serve as the local face and voice of Binance, connecting with users through both digital platforms and in-person events. Key Responsibilities - Own the complete community lifecycle including engagement, retention, and growth across India - Plan and execute online and offline initiatives such as AMAs, webinars, hackathons, meetups, and city-level activations - Recruit, grow, and manage the Binance Angels ambassador community in India - Manage and moderate community channels including Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp - Track community metrics and user feedback to continuously improve engagement programs - Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to translate community insights into effective campaigns and content - Lead end-to-end on-ground event planning and execution - Drive sponsorships and partnerships for crypto and fintech-related events - Stay current with trends in crypto, blockchain, Web3, and digital culture Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience building and managing crypto communities with demonstrated ownership of outcomes - Proven track record launching community programs such as ambassador networks, online forums, or event series - Hands-on experience organising and running both online and offline events - Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystem - Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is advantageous - Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy Why Join Us At Binance, you will collaborate with world-class talent in a flat, results-driven global organisation where your work directly shapes the future of the blockchain ecosystem. - 2+ years of experience in crypto community building and management - Proven experience launching ambassador programs, forums, or event series - Hands-on experience with online and offline event planning and execution - Experience driving sponsorships or partnerships for crypto or fintech events - Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and Web3 trends and terminology - Proficiency managing Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp community channels - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills - Ability to work independently with autonomy and handle fast-changing priorities - Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills - Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
